They have Bluetooth receivers rather than transmitters, so I don’t think that would be possible without some extra equipment. One solution could be to plug a Bluetooth transmitter into the radio’s headphone jack and using that to transmit the data to your hearing aid.

I would like to listen without having to remove my hearing aid and use earphones.
